Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Print-On-Demand Disclaimer

As our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations (screen vs print)

  • Slight placement differences (normal in POD)

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order number

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
